Great places happen by design. At SouthField, we've designed a great place for everyone from singles to seniors and first time buyers to empty nesters. Offering the latest in living comfort and amenities, SouthField is a contemporary version of the classic New England towns which inspired it.

Community is at the core of SouthField. Its tree-lined streets and pedestrian-friendly lanes will join at a traditional Village Center & Green, and its mix of shops, offices, and cafes will generate an exciting yet intimate Main Street experience.

Construction is about to begin on the first residential village, called "SouthField Highlands", featuring 500 homes (plus the first commercial component). The long-term vision behind the Master Plan calls for a thriving community of about 2,855 housing units and two million square feet of retail and commercial space.

People who know the South Shore are passionate about its beauty and rich history. The earliest SouthField residents, expected to move in the winter of 2008/2009, are the lucky ones. They'll soon be celebrating the hidden treasures of the South Shore that settlers discovered centuries ago.
