First Residential Village

SouthField Hihglands LogoGood news!  The infrastructure for SouthField Highland is nearly complete and ready for home construction.

The very first residential village, SouthField Highlands, features a selection of 500 new housing options, including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments. Its earliest residents, expected to move in during 2009, are the lucky ones. They'll soon be celebrating the hidden treasures of the South Shore that settlers discovered centuries ago.

Surrounded by a natural boundary of stately trees, SouthField Highlands showcases the architectural styles of the region’s finest award-winning builders in homes of 800 to 3,000 square feet. Remarkably walkable, the Highlands’ network of landscaped streets and sidewalks conveniently and safely link it to SouthField Square, the adjacent MBTA Station, and future neighborhoods.

Down the center of SouthField Highlands runs a gracious vertical park connecting neighbors and creating a lively locale for socializing. Residents will enjoy a meticulous landscaping plan featuring a tasteful mix of stonewalls, trees and plantings.
